Non-Member Banquet Information

1.  A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee and hold your function date.  All monies deposited will be applied to the final bill total.  A $2.00 per plate charge will be added to all Non-Member Functions.  C.C.C. Members are not required a deposit.

 

2.  All food and beverages will be provided by the Cheyenne Country Club.  No outside food or beverages are allowed into the facilities (including the golf course).  Exceptions will be made for cakes on special occasions (birthdays, weddings, etc.).  Any guest found possessing outside food or beverages will be required to leave C.C.C. property and not allowed back on C.C.C. property for a time period to be determined by the C.C.C. management (24 hour minimum).

 

3. All functions shall be given a five hour time limit and extra hours will be charged a rate of $100.00 per hour.

 

4.  A guaranteed guest count is required 7 days prior to the start of the event.  PLEASE NOTE: Any cancellation, in whole or part, within 48 hours of the scheduled function will be billed for, and payment for that cancellation is the responsibility of the event originator (member or non-member).

 

5. To all food and beverage charges, an additional 20 percent gratuity and 6 percent sales tax will be added (unless previously arranged by C.C.C. management).

 

6. Guests are not entitled to remove excess food or beverages from C.C.C. functions.

 

9.  C.C.C.  Does not recommend multiple plated entrees.  If selecting more than one entrée, contact the C.C.C. Events Manager.  The price of the more expensive entrée will be charged for all meals when multiple entrees are selected.

 

10.  C.C.C. and the City of Cheyenne, have a non-smoking policy which prohibits smoking in any club buildings.

 
11.  All guests are reminded that C.C.C. members have reserved areas and some areas may be jointly used by C.C.C. members and guests (i.e. - bathrooms, bar area, pool area, and patio).

 

12.  The C.C.C. Swimming Pool is off limits to non-members (unless otherwise arranged with C.C.C. management).  A $150.00 fee will be assessed to any group failing to adhere to this requirement.

 

13.  Final payment is due at the completion of the arranged function, unless otherwise arranged with C.C.C. management.  In all cases, payment in full is due no later than 7 days of the function date.

 

14.  Dress Code: We ask that all guests be reminded that the C.C.C. dress code requires all men to wear collared shirts.  T-shirts and cut-off jeans are not allowed on the premises at any time.                      

 

15.  All prices are subject to change.

           

 

Alcohol Policy

 

Alcoholic beverages cannot be served or consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.  C.C.C. reserves the right to require proof of age.  The Club has the right to refuse service to any person without proper identification, or appears intoxicated as provided by Wyoming State Liquor Laws.  The Club holds the host responsible for their guest’s behavior and control of alcoholic beverage consumption.
